get to work at 8am clock in, process all my new business first. next i will scan and verify all cancellation/transfer documents. remit contracts into the system. I have learned how to work as a team player. I also, learned how to be more efficient and manage the work load in a timely manner. my colleagues are wonderful people. If it's not work related I tend to stay to myself and keep out of sidebar conversations. the hardest part of the job is doing more than what i was hired to do and still getting paid what i was hired to do. the most enjoyable about the job is that there is always work to be done, but does not pay well. Overall, it's not a bad company, but I know I can make more money doing all that I do else where.
