Bad management, required to work unpaid overtime
Analyst / Auditor (Former Employee), Colorado Springs, COFebruary 18, 2014
Pros: great co-workers always had each other's backs
Cons: many, many employees have had to file lawsuits for unpaid wages
Poorly managed company. Absolutely loved job. Managers micromanage employees and set production goals which cannot be accomplished within an 8 hour work day. Employees are required to work unpaid overtime over lunch, on nights and weekends to meet production goals.
