I worked under a different contract to start my employment at the help desk where the Intervise employees also worked. When my contract was dropped, they offered me to work under Intervise. They give good amounts of raises, but the company is strict and almost nonexistent in daily office life. The help desk I worked at was in Virginia and the office is in Maryland. Headquarters doesn't seem to care much about the employees themselves, just the numbers they produce. The management in my office was phenomenal though.
