Inspector/Packer (Current Employee) – Harahan, LA – June 15, 2016
The nights are always busy, inspection and packing parts, problem solving, working together, and being self managed. the hardest part of my job is working 12 hours. I love learning new things on my job. I'm very versatile.
former Lead (Former Employee) – Harahan, LA – July 27, 2015
This company treats there employees that work on the floor like drones. There is no consideration for employees and their personal life. The pay forpeace loor managers aka Leads is quite pathetic and upper management expects Leads to solve all problems with little support and little pay. Insurance with this company is great but that is the only good about. How this company got rated best place to work is beyond my understanding. There is always an excuse why employees bonuses are not what they are supposed to be. There is no secret. The owner and head supervisors take a big chunk of the bonus money and give the scraps to the people who make the company run. As I said, if you want to go to work everyday and feel like your efforts are never good enough and want to feel miserable and tired then work here.
Processor (Former Employee) – Harahan, LA – July 12, 2015
Checking for product jobs to finish on-time, set up for next job on schedule. learned how to start reading rungs for robots. Very knowledgeable co-workers most have been with the company for more then 10 years. Hardest part was the drive. The shift I worked on was very close and often went out after last shift.

TR-01 Clerk, Inventory Control Clerk (Current Employee) – New Orleans, LA – August 26, 2013
typical working day - fast pace and safe working environment for self manage employees - running and maintaining the forklifts from start to end of day - ensuring accounted for and stored properly away - work with other departments to ensure that orders are done, package, and sent in a timely fashion
what I've learned - safety must be a top priority - must work as a team in order to make a strong company - must respect others
co-workers - respect one another - friendly - good attitude
hardest part of the job - the changing in working schedule
most enjoyable - friendly employee - good working atmosphere
Management (Former Employee) – Harahan – June 30, 2013
Cant work with bosses that do not mentor. They cant find local talent, So they hire out of state, Get there ideas then terminate. EMPLOYEE at will is what they say all the time, And use it to there advantage. POOR people skills in upper management. All talk and no show....Dont waste your time working there. The family working with family can haunt you if you have an issue with one family member.
nice hard working operators
no upper management skill set. only want there quarterly bonus.
Very productive place to work with excellent benefits and pay
Material Specialist (Former Employee) – Harahan, LA – May 6, 2013
Intralox was an excellent place to work. It was a fairly grueling shift consisting of 12 hour shifts working 36 hours 2 weeks a month and 48 hours 2 weeks a month. They provide excellent benefit packages once you have passed your 90 day probationary period. Their training is intensive and thorough. Although the work is difficult, it is also doable with a good worth ethic. The pay is excellent consisting of both a flat hourly rate as well as commission.
