Pros: nice hard working operators
Cons: no upper management skill set. only want there quarterly bonus.
Cant work with bosses that do not mentor. They cant find local talent, So they hire out of state, Get there ideas then terminate. EMPLOYEE at will is what they say all the time, And use it to there advantage. POOR people skills in upper management. All talk and no show....Dont waste your time working there. The family working with family can haunt you if you have an issue with one family member.
