Poor management, no overtime pay, poor training and poor milage pay
RN Case Manager (Former Employee) – Missouri – February 28, 2018
This company is one of the worst I have ever worked for. Poor upper management, direct managers have a high turn over rate, they do not pay overtime, no training, low milage pay.
They expect you to see 7 or 8 patients in a day with 45 minute to 2 hours between each patient. They will add visits onto your schedule without consulting you or even looking to see where you are in their territory. They do not care if you are out for 16 hours a day. On call is ridiculous! You are on 24/7 every other week. So you get 4 days off a month, but don't expect to actually have time off. You also have to do a large amount of computer classes, that you also don't get paid for.
They will keep patients on service for months after they no longer need home health services.
If you value your license and your time off, run far away.
Coworkers, flexible lunch times
Low pay/milage reimbursement, very large case loads, poor management, a lot of on call time.
