Client Services, Operation Specialist (Current Employee) –  Somerset, NJMarch 25, 2016
I enjoy working in the client services department at inVentiv health because i have gotten a lot of hands - on training and i have gained a lot of experience in the 3 years i have been employed here.

The work environment is very laid back and organized. there is an organized structure of the team and everyone works well with each other.

I like working here but no co workers at all. The management is good but you are in the field all the time and all by yourself so make sure you are able to handle that all the time.

Great place to get back into Pharma
Genentech Xolair Contract, Dermatology Specialist (Former Employee) –  New Orleans, LAJanuary 15, 2016
Excellent place to work, great managers. They hire older employees and all the employees are mature adults. Great work team. Unfortunately the contracts can come to a sudden end early. The in-house recruiters try to get employees into another company contract.
Pros
Great way to get back into Pharma after a lay-off
Cons
Not quite able to plug an employee into a new contracts after a contract ends

Excellent experience working in the biotech industry with Gastroenterologists
Immunology Specialist - Gastroenterology (Current Employee) –  Shreveport, LA; East Texas; ArkansasDecember 18, 2015
Typical work day would include meeting with healthcare providers to identify patients who can benefit from infusable or injectable biologic medications, for Crohns Disease and Ulceritive Colitis. Also work with all office support staff to determine coverage, take advantage of payment assistance programs and most importantly to ensure the patient receives the medication prescribed.

In this role I have gained an in-depth understanding to managed care and the accompanying challenges. I have been able to work at the highest level of pharmaceutical sales, within the biotech industry

High Growth, high opportunity company for talented individuals.
sales management (Current Employee) –  New JerseyNovember 2, 2015
The senior management team exhibits a solid understanding of the company direction through well thought out strategic initiatives. The company continues to grow rapidly with many opportunities for talented people. The hardest part of the job is adapting to different client cultures and not feeling like an outsider looking in.
Pros
Excellent growth and career opportunities with a variety of product lines.
Cons
Projects can end abruptly requiring individuals to seek other opportunities prematurely.

Management needs to be replaced
Helpdesk Analyst (Current Employee) –  Somerset, NJSeptember 27, 2015
There is no training for anyone at the helpdesk, you need to learn the systems as you support them. Management is horrible, you have to be very cautious about making complains or suggestions because it will land you out the door. You are tasked with additional duties, yet compensation doesnt match the jobs you are required to do. If you like being overworked and under paid then this is the job for you. There is no job security, no room for growth or advancement within the company, no benefits -They keep you on for as long as possible without offering benefits, in most cases this means over 2 years without benefits.

Overall horrible job but great coworkers.
Pros
Good coworkers
Cons
Horrible management.
