Overall the job is easy to do, and you learn about the safety and quality of food manufacturing but management is very weak. Supervisors only last about a 8-12 months and the quality deparment has seen 3 quality managers in the last 2 years. So I would personally would like to work in an enviornment in were management is a strong foundation for the company and support employees based on work ethics, performance, and skills. Instead of the usual favoritism ambiance.
