It was a great place to work but had a very young work force. Hard to fit in if you're over 40. They have big customers, which is great. But the smaller customers are leaving because of the expense of the platform. This is just a mismatch of what Invodo does and the needs of smaller businesses. Invodo works best helping customers produce product video at scale, and using analytics to track video performance. Smaller companies don't necessarily need the scale or the level of tracking that Invodo offers.
The technology side of the business doesn't pay much attention to what the account team tells them. The account team talks to the customers on a daily basis and know what's important. But the tech team seems to do what they want without regard for the customer's needs.
