When I began working at Ipas in 1999 it opened up very diverse, group of people, it was very caring to women reproductive health in ways I couldn't have imagine. Not only was I working in the accounting department but I got to learn so much more about other departments within the company. The NC office was the head quarters and the 17 years I was there we had acquired 16 international offices. Great place to work
*A typical day for me started at 7:30 ended at 4:00
*Learned from other deportment within the company
*Trying to please everyone
*Workplace was very diverse
*Most enjoyable was passing the audit

Mission driven and dedicated staff.

Ipas is a unique organization because of its mission. It is a GREAT place to work, with colleagues who are very passionate about the mission and their jobs - in contributing to alleviating the scrounge of mortality and morbidity due to unsafe abortion.

It is an excellent place to meet people with different backgrounds. Unfortunately, there is no room for advancement.
