Working at IPC Systems,Inc.

The company is backed up my a VC funding for new Product development. Unfortunately the exisitng interviewers lack the expertise and talent to get the right candiadte for the job.From my personal experience it is not worth wasting ones's hoping to get through the interview. The more technical expertise you have the lesser the chnaces of getting through the interview. IF you like to nod and agree for what ever the interviwers say (event though it is non sense) there may be chances. They crowd do not want some one coming in jeopardize theie job
