Closely monitor all web design orders, ensuring that the highest level of professionalism and customer service are being executed with every client. Developed detailed, professional, excel spreadsheet reports to track sales, design completion deadlines, escalated design issues, sales commissions and month end invoicing. Perform weekly training classes for all new hires, and updates for the entire center.
