It was a collaborative learning experience. My part was to look up our projects past, present plannings and estimate how much in today dollar would it cost to apply our solutions.

Senior Clinical Analyst (Former Employee) –  Hamilton, NJJanuary 6, 2018
Multiple projects and priorities. Matrix management, telephonic coordination. Limited support for extensive projects. Enjoyed the variety. Hardest part of job is gaining knowledge/tools to complete responsibilities.
Pros
Good benefits, salary.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations to meet deadlines.

Good mix of community involvement and office environment
Program Specialist (Former Employee) –  Lake Success, NYDecember 19, 2017
The office is pretty quiet which is good if you need to concentrate. There is structured collaboration and not much socialization. Everyone is there to get their work done and get it done well. Direct managers are accessible but upper management is not as easy to engage, possibly because of the size of the organization. The most enjoyable part of the job was in the community, dealing with other clients.
Pros
Good benefits and telework policy/options
Cons
none

Accounting Clerk (Former Employee) –  Calhoun, GAOctober 7, 2017
This was a great place to work until Management allowed one manager to overstep into other departments. For whatever reason, this manager's opinion is the end all for everything. If you don't kiss his rear and bend over backwards for what he wants, you aren't going to last. It's a shame because one person is ruining the whole culture of the company.
Pros
Cookouts, bonuses, easygoing atmosphere, relaxed dress code
Cons
Could be stressful at times, had to wear a lot of hats, one manager

Project Manager (Current Employee) –  Albany, NYMay 9, 2017
Good position with decent benefits. There is often bureaucracy and mismanagement but with the right team a lot of work can get done, especially when not State clients are minimally involved.

Contract RN (Current Employee) –  Albany, NYMarch 5, 2017
Worked under contract for New Horizon, no real interaction with IPRO the company. Only spoke on the phone to supervisor. Very impersonal. No conversation prior to ending of contract. Payroll issues and several calls had to be made in order to resolve the problem. Turn around time to refunds very lengthy.
Pros
Staffing support
Cons

QA Engineer for Litigation Technology Software (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZOctober 15, 2016
Ipro, in addition to having good training resources, employed good people that were a pleasure to work with on a daily basis. Ipro had plenty of employee perks in addition to a competitive salary / benefits.
Pros
Ipro would often bring in food, or have department lunches.
Cons
The work sometimes would be very high pressure and quite results oriented.
