Absolutely love iP. Upper management is present and understanding. Great culture filled with really smart motivated people. Hard work doesn't go unrewarded.

No Job Security/ Awful Management
Analyst (Current Employee) –  New York, NYOctober 28, 2016
This company is overall very disorganized.

The people at the company are nice, but have to work with no management or direction and also have to pick up the slack of people that leave. 4 of my current coworkers have left in the last 2 months without even having another job lined up. That is how much this company ways on your sanity.

The higher ups will meet with clients and agree to deadlines about media plans/reports that they have no context about and then forward you the email to tell you to do it. (Even though they have no idea the volume of work they are asking you to do)

If people from your team/company leaves do not expect them to be replaced. You will be expected to take on that work. Currently every team is severely understaffed which creates a disorganized hectic work environment.
Pros
Nice people, perks of vendors
Cons
Awful Management, Bad work/life balance

Working with many very smart people. But, it's agency work, so there's always a lot to do and attention to the client is always key.

Professional and Relaxed Culture
Search Marketing Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Boston, MAApril 21, 2013
A very fast paced environment that encourages constant learning and development. The company culture is relaxed and professional, which coworkers like mentors and friends. The most difficult part of the job can depend on your client facing development, but there is are always coworkers and management to guide that development.

Horrible Upper Management
Client Service Manager (Former Employee) –  Chicago, DetroitJanuary 2, 2013
Not a bad place for entry level learning of SEM or SEO... But has the worst upper management I've seen in the SEM industry, and specifically at the director level. I was shocked to see the lack of talent and finger pointing that goes on at iProspect. While I worked there, moral was at an all time low, and that goes from entry level thru the director level.... There are better options to work in the digital advertising field.
Pros
free lunches, good commardare with peers
Cons
bad pay, lack of support, terrible upper managerment, bad directors
