Horrible Upper Management
Client Service Manager (Former Employee), Chicago, DetroitJanuary 2, 2013
Pros: free lunches, good commardare with peers
Cons: bad pay, lack of support, terrible upper managerment, bad directors
Not a bad place for entry level learning of SEM or SEO... But has the worst upper management I've seen in the SEM industry, and specifically at the director level. I was shocked to see the lack of talent and finger pointing that goes on at iProspect. While I worked there, moral was at an all time low, and that goes from entry level thru the director level.... There are better options to work in the digital advertising field.

Fun workplace with a ping pong table
Algorithmic Analyst (Former Employee), Boston, MAMarch 26, 2012
Pros: free lunches, game room
Cons: poor management
Good place to work. Had to leave to go back to school to finish another degree. Management left something to be desired.
