As a technology company, I would anticipate the best and brightest in IT. As it turns out there have been a couple of clients that have schooled our engineers in networking and Unix acumen.
There is hardly any work life balance but I guess that is the nature of being involved in technology service management field, as it is the backbone for businesses. Down time is very expensive to any business so it is critical to have good staff available 24x7.
I work 10 hour days minimum, and our operations are highly understaffed, IPsoft needs many more engineers who are subject matter experts, and less general help desk staff.
Other than that I would say it has been an amazing experience working at IPsoft so far.
