Do not interview there. They tell you one thing in the interview with the recruiter and another when you get there. They will set you up for failure
Hours are reasonable. Did not have to work more than 60-70 hours weeks when it was at it's worst. Otherwise most week were the traditional 40-50 hours.
Pace depends on projects. If there's a Proof of Concept with a ridiculous timeline you're expected to put in the hours. If the project is ongoing, it is mainly depending on the client's ability to move as they're usually the bottleneck and not the team of developers.
