11.50 an hour for me, plus 10.00 extra per after 83 hours. Must be approved though.
You get paid the minimum and maybe a raise of a quarter or 2 more after working there for a while. Personally I was getting paid 11.75 and when L.A county rose their minimum to $12, I asked if we would all go to $12. Management declined claiming they are Ventura county so therefore they don't have to abide to L.A's change even though the majority of the employees are from that county.
$11 during training, $13-$13.50 on the floor.

10 during training 11 after
10.00 an hour regardless of your experience. I worked at a call center for one of the largest telecommunication providers in the US for 10 years when I lived in Colorado and was paid 18.00 an hour . I was cross trained in retention, sales , technical support , product education , every aspect of business . I move to another state and apply at Iqor and I am paid 10.00 an hour and know more about technology /electronics than about 70% of the supervisors they have
Cust service rep 10.00 must sell protection plan and make quota
premier protection plan 13.00 an hour no selling customers have premier protection plan
The pay differs with each training class, which was very unfair.
