Inbound call center, Collected on federal student loans that were defaulted. I learn to build a positive and trustworthy report with customers. Management at iqor was wonderful they were very helpful and positive. My co-workers were friendly and pleasent to be around as well as management. I enjoyed working there and I gained many marketable skills.

Working at Iqor was very interesting. I've learned how to pace myself and be more independent working without an supervisor. The managment at Iqor needed more work vut, overall i enjoy myself.
My Co-workers are very nice and respectful as well as helpful. we all enjoy each other presences. the hardest part of working at Iqor is dealing with Supervisor – more...  who had the own picked through out the center and was willing to see to see fail. but, that didnt stop me.

I loved being and employee of this company. I would go back to work for this company as well as recommend other persons to seek new oppourtunites with the employer.

Good company if you are willing to jump through all the hoops to become a true work at home agent. They've made alot of changes lately. They now require you to have cable internet and to downgrade your pc to windows XP. A typical day is taking customer service calls for the nations leading companies. I found working here that they did not respect you and that they really didn't care about you. I also found that they did not give you a raise when they gave you a lot more work to do. I would not go back to this company.

Outbound calls to collect debt for deliquent tax payers. I learned a lot about taxes. My management was helpful and patient. The employees were all new but we helped with each others dilenma. I love working with my managers.

i learned alot from this job that i now use in my everyday life such as communication skills. there were really nothing hard about this job you just had to show up with a postive attitude.

Management undermined and sabotaged employees in a consistent bases. Lies of fast advancement.

The job was contracted by Sprint, Mgmt only spoke to you in a meeting or for the open door policy, never "Good Morning" etc. When chairs were broken, equipment didn't work or started missing parts. made it very frustrating and hard to start your shift. Sharing Desk was hard ,when the first shift wanted to sneak in overtime, you may have to sit in a – more...  different location ,log out/in again, that took time away from you, until a seat with team was available. Short of pay. bc start of shift delayed. The Supervisor would sometimes allow them to get away with that! 1 Supv may give some excuse for the cause of delayed shift another would not! responsible for collecting Direct TV payments From customers who were behind on their bill. But the quota you had to make was Based on how much you could receive. So lets say Gas goes up in America, most likely that month you will have people who don't have the funds for the bill. And You as a worker get closer to not meeting the amount set for that – more...  month. I liked working there but that is there Main flaw. It's rare for someone to work there for 1 year. – less

negative energy and very mean people to work with. I liked the pay but you could never trust the people on you "team".

You can really loose you job over ANYTHING, if you need something for a little while till you get something better go for it they pay okay for what you do.

Every day at work things could possibly change. At this location there needed to be more structure and stability with the job requirements, and expectations. The supervisors were always changing the goals for the employees and they did not advance or promote efficiently. Call center atmosphere not a place to have a career only a job.

Great place to work if you want to learn collections. Staff is friendly and help anyway they can to for you to be succesfull. Good incentives to help motivate you to be excellent.
