It was a good job overall. Very busy all the time and to be honest you always learn something new. I learned to be very patient with customers and to understand and handle different situations.Most of my co-workers were very unhappy with the job because of the schedule.

The trainers are not that good. they have absolutely no patient. Are not willing to go over certain days if you were first timer.

take your calls help customers do your best but at the end is all about collecting the money. Must put your heart away and be cold sometimes to focus on the money and not on the peoples situations. Co-workers make it all be less stressful , hardest part was trying to give customer service and collecting money at the same time, The most enjoyable was being out before 1 pm.

In a fast paced environment handled all technical issues including, master resets, navigating through settings, issues with pre-installed and downloaded applications, accessibility features, memory cards, connecting to a PC, display and sound functions, security features. Maintained the highest level of service to Samsung customers from an outsourced site. Met all metrics within company guidelines daily.

This company is unorganized and did not care about it's employees. Upper management shows favoritism and fires you if you bring it up. Although I was not fired I have seen others get fired for some ridiculous reasons. The head of HR will embarrass you when she terminates you, and make a spectacle out of the whole ordeal.

The job overall was at an ok standing . Typical day at work involved answering in-bound calls from customers or even making out-bound calls to sell. Not everyone at this company were too friendly, Management was pleasant at times.

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Extremely unprofessional. There one instance where I was in elevator with a fellow who smelled of marijuana. You are on your on with parking, iqor recommends you park at residential apartment, then walk to work. At night time its extremely sketchy walking to your car.

No teamwork. Work every weekend and all holidays. Too competitive to the point your job will on the line. Supervisor aren't as helpful and informative as needed.
