A typical day at iQor wasn't so bad but wasn't always great. The staff was amazing, well majority of the staff.
I worked at iQor because it a easy job the pay was good and also I loved talking to the customers.

Pros: always had a bonus i could get for working hard
Cons: they took 5 min. away from our two 15 breaks turning them into two 10 min breaks
Good work place, always room for improvements.Most enjoyable part of my job was helping the customers with there accounts and figuring out a solution to there problem and what we can do to fix it so we can help them keep there service as well as help them pay there bill.
