Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Bethlehem, PANovember 21, 2017
Always had a wonderful day at work with my peers. Learned a lot about how the company works and also new things. Management was wonderful and always there when needed. Workplace is very calm and relaxing. The hardest part of the job were the stubborn customers. The most enjoyable part would be having a great time at the workplace but also doing your job and leaving happy.

You have to be very felexable!!
Supervisory Assistant AQ Line (Former Employee) –  North Charleston, SCNovember 16, 2017
Iqor has made a lot of changes some really good and some not so good. They don't give you an option to change your schedule it's upon business needs (clients needs) and for people that have children and a life outside of work that creates a problem!! It's like the company has no regard for their staff. We are just numbers!! Just like we got you we can get another type of attitude. Whatever happened to companies working with you and want you to say with them??
Pros
Great bonuses
Cons
don't close for hoildays, no concerns if you have small children

Sales Agent (Former Employee) –  Ft. Lauderdale, FLNovember 14, 2017
While at iQor I was taught lots of key information on how to sale, gain a clients confidence and trust. I literally enjoyed leaving home for work. Because the environment, ambience and the work itself was really laidback and chill. Never could you really get a problem with a client or inquirer because of the fact that a supervisor and even manager is alwasy willing to assist.

Senior Collection Agent (Former Employee) –  Plymouth, MNNovember 13, 2017
Iqor was a fast paced company with numerous tasks to do every minute. It was a good company that mainly cared about seeing its employees succeed. Only reason I left was to see what other opportunities may be available.

Workplace culture was not established.

slow. stressful, and busy day
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  North Charleston, SCNovember 13, 2017
A typical day at work was very depression. Management sucks and very unprofessional. Long hours with hardly no breaks. It feels like your in high school raising your hands to go used the restroom. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This company had bedbugs.
Pros
meeting news people and interact great with customers
Cons
no raises, bad customers would cuss you out

Stressful and metrics based
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXNovember 12, 2017
Would recommend to those with call center experience and needs an easy job to get by. The company is very performance based and get chewed out if your numbers aren't right. Very stressful in a laid back environment dealing with irate customers who don't pay bills on time and want credits. Breaks are horrifically short with no time to breathe and very little leeway with breaks between calls.
Pros
Hour lunch, laid back environment, adequate training
Cons
Breaks are ridiculously short, irate customers, metrics based

Call Center Agent (Former Employee) –  Pueblo, CONovember 12, 2017
It is a fun environment to work in however the customers are a bigger pain. Management for the most part is laid back and easy going and coworkers for the most part are great.

Optional ot with incentives is only cool if you actually get your money out of it. You don't. Mandatory and Sunday is a big problem for people who go to church.

They don't pay out your overtime money properly
