Cons: no overtime, uncomfortable chairs
Inbound call center, Collected on federal student loans that were defaulted. I learn to build a positive and trustworthy report with customers. Management at iqor was wonderful they were very helpful and positive. My co-workers were friendly and pleasent to be around as well as management. Working at Iqor was very interesting. I've learned how to pace myself and be more independent working without an supervisor. The managment at Iqor needed more work vut, overall i enjoy myself.

Good company if you are willing to jump through all the hoops to become a true work at home agent. They've made alot of changes lately. They now require you to have cable internet and to downgrade your pc to windows XP. A typical day is taking customer service calls for the nations leading companies. It included 8 weeks of training but the pay could – more...  have been better. Honestly being in training was like being in high school all over again. I found working here that they did not respect you and that they really didn't care about you. I also found that they did not give you a raise when they gave you a lot more work to do. I would not go back to this company.

Too Laid back!

Pros: pay was good, constant traiining, and coaching available
Cons: extremely stressful, not all supv were made to folow compant rules, we had to make up pto, etc w/ last supv!
The job was contracted by Sprint, Mgmt only spoke to you in a meeting or for the open door policy, never "Good Morning" etc. When chairs were broken, equipment didn't work or started missing parts. made it very frustrating and hard to start your shift. Sharing Desk was hard ,when the first shift wanted to sneak in overtime, you may have to sit in a – more...  different location ,log out/in again, that took time away from you, until a seat with team was available. Short of pay. bc start of shift delayed. The Supervisor would sometimes allow them to get away with that! 1 Supv may give some excuse for the cause of delayed shift another would not! The job became extremely stressful. I learned a lot about Cell phones/their customers. – less

Very Fun workplace to Work. But the Job security is very very low.

Pros: 8am-4pm shift. indoors. fun people.
Cons: high firing rate, managers were not efficient, quota's were too high
responsible for collecting Direct TV payments From customers who were behind on their bill. But the quota you had to make was Based on how much you could receive. So lets say Gas goes up in America, most likely that month you will have people who don't have the funds for the bill. Every day at work things could possibly change. At this location there needed to be more structure and stability with the job requirements, and expectations. The supervisors were always changing the goals for the employees and they did not advance or promote efficiently. Call center atmosphere not a place to have a career only a job.
