Customer Service/Collections Rep (Former Employee), Tempe, AZ – October 24, 2014
I worked on the verizon accnts and the only thing i liked about this job was the people and the diversity. Management always gave an attitude if you asked a question and wasn't proffessional. The software systems sucked. You can be on a call and the systems would freeze. I was always missing hours out of my check. The paydates were horrible 7th and – more... the 22nd. All they care about is taking people money over the phone and dont care about the customer. I would advise dont work here. – less
Good place to start any career; Not a long term job
Samsung Technical Support (Former Employee), Richardson, TX – October 22, 2014
iQor is a decent company. The standards are very high and very high strung for a beginners job in technical support, but if you can get through the prerequisites it is easy to advance. Would refer younger age groups to work there.

Pros: no pros
Cons: no benefits no overtime no mentoring or structure when it comes to being a better employee

I like the job, I am not in love with my job, I enjoy helping the customers, when there is a problem, and thinking on my feet. I like that my supervisor helps me in my time of need, and pushes me when ever my stats come down. The hardest part of the job, is the fear of following the procedures and not giving into what the customer . Because I want to be able to give and do everything, but I have guide lines that I respect and honor – less
