Immature Management and Unfair Decisions
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – Charlotte, NC – September 1, 2016
This location in Charlotte, NC is very low grade to say the least. Surprisingly, this is a new building. The facility is disgusting and unsanitary. The break room has dirt, paper, bugs and left over food all over the tables and floor. The cleaning crew does not clean. They stand around on their cell phones and holding the broom. The bathrooms are never clean. There is dirt and grime all over the floor; not to mention the hair on the sinks, floors and bodily fluids that have been left on the toilet seats to dry. Management is very unorganized. They feel that they have the final say so in matters that they should not even be involved in within the company. You CANNOT talk to human resources without telling your manager what you need to speak with them in regards to and the situation. This is clearly... a violation of privacy. However, iQor has no regard for anyone's integrity or privacy. The training programs for specific projects are highly under national standard. Some of the trainers are very unprofessional and do not know how to act and hold themselves in a respectable and supervisory manner. Some trainers cannot get employees to stay after being on the floor for 30 days - if they make it that far in the process. This is the reason for the constant hiring - not a turnover rate - you are unable to deal with the management at this location, so you leave. This is not a place that I would recommend to my worst enemy to work. The CEO needs to really analyze the types of people that he has working at his companies or he/ she will be facing some issues in the near future.
