Iqor was great to work on the Department of Education contract, but Iqor lost the contract and had to lay everyone off. Everyone was well compensated and liked the work there.

Nothing good about this place
Agent (Former Employee) –  Charleston, SCMay 4, 2017
This place is the worst to work for. You have a lot of young people that are supervisor and they get their friends hired. The supervisors allow the friends to do any and everything and they act just like their friends. There is profanity on the floor, sups flirting with the young girls. The lunch breaks and breaks are horrible. Training is awful.
Not a good place to work if you are older than 38.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Breaks are too short

Certified Tech Level One Agent (Former Employee) –  Richardson, TXMay 4, 2017
Really not a fair chance to be promoted unless you were black or friends with the head manager. Had a great trainer and terrible manager it was a horrible job to work especially if you are white. People really don't care to really do their job here.
Pros
work with new technology
Cons
Did not get paid for overtime.

Needs better communication skills
Customer Care Representative (Former Employee) –  Klamath Falls, ORMay 3, 2017
iQor could be a better company to work for if the heads of the company communicated better with management at each individual site that they have ownership of. Mixed signals are sent and no one knows exactly what is expected of them.

Production Supervisor (Current Employee) –  New Albany, OHMay 2, 2017
Iqor is a great company to work for because the compensation is very good once you learn the job. They also have performance reviews every quarter which gives you an opportunity to earn an increase in hourly wage per hourly or a quarterly bonus.

Was able to gather relatively good experience in the health care industry. Hours were not enough however and some of company's rules were inconsiderate to employees.

Agent (Former Employee) –  Tempe, AZMay 1, 2017
It was not a horrible job, being that it was a debt collectiions job. However when my wife left me and had 2 members of my family pass away all within 3-4 months there colors shown through. I was released from my job but not for my performance. They only cared about the money they could make and NOT the employees.
Pros
Its a job
Cons
They do not care about there employees.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Bethlehem, PAApril 28, 2017
Great people working there. Overall I would grade it a B because it was unorganized sometimes. Loved helping claimants solve their issues. I've realized that people from all over the United States have various different personalities, but the way to help them with their claims is by being nice to them and listening to their problems. Once they tell u about their problems then it's very easy to assist them.
Pros
Beautiful women working
Cons
None

Collections/Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Columbus, OHApril 28, 2017
The job is easy if you dont mind people yelling at you. Most of the time you'll be setting payment arrangements. hardest part is dealing with a customer that want the power back on without meeting the minimum requirement. poor management is why a lot of people leave.

Very neat/clean work enviornment
Customer service representatinve (Former Employee) –  Charlotte, NCApril 27, 2017
Very nice work facility, great break rooms with sofas that made It relaxing once you were on break and lunch. Typical work day consisted of calls for billing services assisted customers with bill amounts and explanations as to why Gas bill may increased or decreased. The hardest part of the job had to be when calls were very demanding. The most enjoyable part of the job was building a rapport with the customers, management was great and available to answer any questions needed. I learned great communication skills.
Pros
Great Coworkers, manangers, and Enviornment
Cons
The demands of the Customers, High Call volumes
