If you need money and job experience this job is for you
customer care representative (Current Employee) – Klamath Falls, OR – May 25, 2017
If you need job experience would recommend however it depends on what your'e looking for career wise, would not recommend if you're looking for a long term career, Make sure you have healthy eating habits and work out regularly because you will gain weight due to inactivity. They do have a work out room but not a very good one and most people do not like to work out in front of others. Taking the calls isn't the bad part of this job. It pretty easy just not for me career wise. I enjoy the people who work there
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – Houston, TX – May 6, 2017
This place has a high turnover rate the pay is trash they lie about giving you raises when you met the goals each month. There's no parking you have to pay for it yourself or ride public transportation. Just stay away it's horrible
Agent (Former Employee) – Charleston, SC – May 4, 2017
This place is the worst to work for. You have a lot of young people that are supervisor and they get their friends hired. The supervisors allow the friends to do any and everything and they act just like their friends. There is profanity on the floor, sups flirting with the young girls. The lunch breaks and breaks are horrible. Training is awful. Not a good place to work if you are older than 38.
Certified Tech Level One Agent (Former Employee) – Richardson, TX – May 4, 2017
Really not a fair chance to be promoted unless you were black or friends with the head manager. Had a great trainer and terrible manager it was a horrible job to work especially if you are white. People really don't care to really do their job here.
Quality Assurance Analyst (Current Employee) – Pompano Beach, FL – May 3, 2017
Its ok for someone with no bills. They make you dod so much but barely pay you anything. They barely want give you a raise. Management is full of excuses. My co-workers made my day go by really fast. Its a real easy going enviroment
Customer Care Representative (Former Employee) – Klamath Falls, OR – May 3, 2017
iQor could be a better company to work for if the heads of the company communicated better with management at each individual site that they have ownership of. Mixed signals are sent and no one knows exactly what is expected of them.
Fun call center environment with a lot of oppurtunity for advancement.
Customer Service Representative/Call Center (Former Employee) – Charleston, SC – May 3, 2017
Productive call center environment with Excellent AVP's! They were very flexible with scheduling. You also have the opportunity to earn vacation time every time you come to work, and it is paid vacation time.
Production Supervisor (Current Employee) – New Albany, OH – May 2, 2017
Iqor is a great company to work for because the compensation is very good once you learn the job. They also have performance reviews every quarter which gives you an opportunity to earn an increase in hourly wage per hourly or a quarterly bonus.
Call Center Representative (Current Employee) – North Charleston, SC – May 2, 2017
Very fast paced environment. Must be very detail oriented while reviewing accounts. The environment itself is fun and upbeat. Always awarding the employees in some form or fashion. Management is amazing! Recently added on a game room for employees to enjoy on our breaks.
It was not a horrible job, being that it was a debt collectiions job. However when my wife left me and had 2 members of my family pass away all within 3-4 months there colors shown through. I was released from my job but not for my performance. They only cared about the money they could make and NOT the employees.
DirecTv Collections Representative (Current Employee) – North Charleston, SC – April 29, 2017
I had a Supervisor and she was a very mean lady and she was lazy at her job, she picked favorites, and she was just plain sad. I liked being on the phone and everything, its just that I wish the trainers were our supervisors.
Customer Service Rep (Former Employee) – Columbus, OH – April 28, 2017

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Bethlehem, PA – April 28, 2017
Great people working there. Overall I would grade it a B because it was unorganized sometimes. Loved helping claimants solve their issues. I've realized that people from all over the United States have various different personalities, but the way to help them with their claims is by being nice to them and listening to their problems. Once they tell u about their problems then it's very easy to assist them.
Collections/Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Columbus, OH – April 28, 2017
The job is easy if you dont mind people yelling at you. Most of the time you'll be setting payment arrangements. hardest part is dealing with a customer that want the power back on without meeting the minimum requirement. poor management is why a lot of people leave.
Agent/Customer Service (Current Employee) – Bethlehem, PA – April 27, 2017
Having to deal with people who have had power shut off and not being able to help them is probably the hardest part of this job. Some customers are downright rude because they haven't paid their bills.
Customer service representatinve (Former Employee) – Charlotte, NC – April 27, 2017
Very nice work facility, great break rooms with sofas that made It relaxing once you were on break and lunch. Typical work day consisted of calls for billing services assisted customers with bill amounts and explanations as to why Gas bill may increased or decreased. The hardest part of the job had to be when calls were very demanding. The most enjoyable part of the job was building a rapport with the customers, management was great and available to answer any questions needed. I learned great communication skills.
