National Account Manager, Pleasanton, CA - December 20, 2017
The typical day was spent calling CEO's and Fleet Managers of mining, aggregate, and solid waste accounts in North America evaluating assets and recommending options for disposal through auction channels. I learned that the majority of companies know less about the production assets of their company. The management ruled by intimidation and fear. The work place culture was competitive and manipulative. The hardest part of the job was the micro-management. The most enjoyable part of the job was that I was successful and i enjoyed my customer base.
