IRT was a fun workplace. I will come in sign in and start receving inbound calls. Customers will call in about their home, internet or call service with AT&T. If a customer was to upgrade their internet service then we will put our name on the board as a sell amd the more you get the more money you would revieve at the end of the week. We would have – more... competions against other teams so the managers made it fun to work on the floor. – less

Found that this company is easy to work for. All you had to do was show up every day for your shift and dress correctly. Answer the phone and try your best to make sales every day. Some days where great and some days you really had to work hard. But over all this is a great company to work for if you are starting out in the corp. worlds.
