Interactive Response Technologies was a great place to work. The supervisors were genuinely interested in making sure all agents were happy and comfortable in their work environment. Very professional work place.

This was a typical call center. If they would look how some of the management team work they would be better at keeping reps.

My immediate co workers and manager are amazing to work with.

IRT was a fun workplace. I will come in sign in and start receving inbound calls. Customers will call in about their home, internet or call service with AT&T. If a customer was to upgrade their internet service then we will put our name on the board as a sell amd the more you get the more money you would revieve at the end of the week. We would have – more... competions against other teams so the managers made it fun to work on the floor. – less

i enjoyed the training. was well trained for the position but the benefits on the actual production floor was bad. not a professional working environment

CSR, recieved inbound calls from verizon wirless customers about a lost or damage device. Filled claims for each individuals that wish to continue to go through the insurance company to get their device.

Found that this company is easy to work for. All you had to do was show up every day for your shift and dress correctly. Answer the phone and try your best to make sales every day. Some days where great and some days you really had to work hard. But over all this is a great company to work for if you are starting out in the corp. worlds.

I was a customer service rep and loved working there. I liked the people, they were so friendly and kind. i learned a lot form that place just hate that I had to quit do to schooling.

Excellent job to build customer service skills. The training environment is interactive and it is also hands on. All the tools needed to succeed are there for the taking and learning.

A typical day at Irt is very enjoyable, it has different adversities that make coming to work everyday great because you have different challenges dealing with different clients that calls in so everyday its not like that last but it was fun in exciting overall..

Is a great place to work and very fun. If you are in school this will be the perfect place to start in the work place.

Fun workplace with really nice co-workers but the flexibility for scheduling isnt too great.
