Relaxed environment with no chance of advancement and low wages
Experienced in .NET development, Sharonville, OH - April 18, 2014
In a typical workday, I could perform many tasks from database analysis to client and server side coding and testing. I would often be charged with writing test and use documentation. The office space temperature is often hot and muggy. Sometimes, on the other hand, a jacket would be required. It is similar to a warehouse environment. Though there is much to absorb and waves of working coming in occasionally, many days can go by with no work whatsoever. I would often spend this time researching new technologies or taking online tutorial courses. There are very few employees to speak of, but I got on well with those there were. The threat of downsizing is a considerable concern and the wages are unsustainable for my family.
