Direct Customer interaction for computer field service work. Working with no supervision to perform service repair and new installations. ISSG is located in Burbank Ca. Through an Internet based ticketing system I received various work orders for issues. I was responsible for the Southeast District as far as Tennessee to the beginning of Florida. Responsible for new customers that would receive new servers, work stations, printers, hubs and switches to be installed. I would use the documents provided by the customer support staff and act as a liaison for proper physical implementation of equipment. I also would upgrade or repair existing companies equipment. I then had to properly document the procedures and resolution of onsite interaction. I would have to step up IP addresses, servers and work stations to make sure that everything was operational and could be seen remotely by support staff. I was accountable for equipment packaging and return documentation completion.
