Special Programs Residence Director, New York, NY - July 13, 2016
The college comes from a tradition of a liberal arts/music education history. It has constantly expanded and grown into a mid size institution. My co-workers are very diverse and come from all walks of life. They work hard and keep up with the demands of the workplace. The hardest part of the job was the peaks and troughs of the workloads. It would fluctuate between extremes. The most enjoyable part of the job was the ability to pursue interests and projects that the department would support. Management was very democratically run, as we had our voices heard during meetings on various issues. It was an enjoyable experience and one of the most progressive places to work.
