Systems Engineer (Former Employee), Reston, VA – May 11, 2013
Pros: great training, travel, and work invironment
Cons: not quite on the same level as the big boys.
I work at ITT AES for a little over 3 years. I travelled to other states to install systems, as well as had the opportunity to learn a great deal. They paid for my MCSA training, as well as my Vmware training. I met some good friends there. I think this is a very good company, and I wouldlove to work there in the future.

Stressful & Tiring
Admissions Rep (Former Employee), Memphis, TN – April 10, 2013
Pros: nice co-workers & students, starts off between 36k-40k
Cons: no work-life balance, u have 2 late nights, ur expected to be there for ur students when they start class (from 7am until 8pm), dofa is awful
I worked for this company for 6 months. When I came in I wasn't allowed to speak to any of the current Admission Reps bc the Director of Admissions didnt want their opionions to rub off on me (RED FLAG). You are on a dialer 89% of your daily; calling the same people MULTIPLE times in 1 day. You are basically begging for them to come in & enroll for – more... an associates degree for $48k in fields that aren't huge in the job market or available to them. It's a total RIP off. If you don't enroll a student that comes in to tour the campus you are belittled, yelled at, & disrespected in front of the entire admissions staff. Once I really got in and started to speak with the other reps... They were ALL trying to find a new job. STAY AWAY unless DESPERATE – less

Great place to work
Adjunct Graphic Design Instructor (Current Employee), Plymouth Meeting, PA – April 8, 2013
Pros: free breaks
Cons: nothing
I first log into my portal to print my attendance sheet. Next I take roll and teach the class. I stay after class to assist students with extra help. Finally I hand in my attendance. I have learned to be flexible for more than just one student and to pay attention to all.

bogus numbers, student's treated like dirt
Former Program Chain (Former Employee), NY – March 12, 2013
Cons: director's that only care about profit, think students indentured
Director tells students how to beat drug testing and to quick job so they can come to class at convenience of school. Student enrollment is calculated at the beginning of each month (1200 really 100), student drops are for previous 8 quarters. Chair's responsible for getting close to 40% of drops back each quarter. Student's are indentured servant's – more... and staff are people to take blame when everything falls apart. If student needs to take a quarter off they receive daily harassing phone calls to convince them otherwise until they figure out to tell them what they want to hear and then permanent loss. Poor pay, poor working condition's. – less

Warehouseman/ Forklift Operator (Former Employee), Kuwait/ Qatar – February 21, 2013
This can be a great company if the right personnel in management was more knowledgeable and serious about the job and employees versus hiring because you know a person or because you are part of the same organization.
