In July 2008, the Company acquired the assets of TRYMER polyisocyanurate (PIR) rigid foam business. In June 2008, Illinois Tool Works, Inc. announced that it completed the acquisition of Quipp, Inc. In March 2008, the Company acquired VS Acquisition Holding Inc., the parent company of Vitronics Soltec Corporation.
