Unlike previous jobs, iwerk definitely knows how to take care of it's employees. Generally the day to day operations invite a good and productive atmosphere. You are generally able to dictate your own schedule and what critically needs to get done when. The compensation/benefits are good as well as the general attitude and positivism around the office is good. Where this company currently falls short (as far as Technical Services goes) is the lack of procedural and hierarchical standards that are currently in place. Honestly, there is barely any and it leads to confusion, chaos, and lack of action.
Overall I would definitely recommend working for this company. Sure it has a few short comings, but what company doesn't? Once their issues are ironed out I could see them becoming a major player in the MSP world.
