j&j is a good company i worked in the hospital at travos AFB just be careful if your not filipino or hispanic, they play favorites ans will target you and try to get you fired (write ups for stuff everybody does) if you are african american.
Good solid company but lacks upper management leadership

Cons: poor upper management, lack of lqualified eadership decisions.
NIce company to work for as long as one plays the political aspect of the company. The company lacks adequate leadership pertaining to decision makers at upper level management. Experienced a lot of bad decisions while working there. Middle management is very good however. People leading the company know nothing about construction and they are taking – more... on construction projects they are unable to adequately staff because of the managements lack of experience in that field and they do no listen to their middle managers. Basically it is a custodial company along with Operations and Maintenance and should stick to those fields. – less
