It's a family company & they had different views. No blue jeans on Friday's only a colored jean. About a year ago we had a casual dress code which was a lot better to do the weather in TX. The Land department was a good group to work with - we were a Team playing group

A good company overall for learning early in the career. Not much for advancement opportunities as it is a smaller company. Geared more towards celebrating sales and revenue wins, which causes segregation between sales and operations. Districts are competitive to a fault. Very little synergy or collaboration.
Stability, fair pay and management disengaged. Pro for some, con for others.
Excellence, hard work and over achievement are ignored
