High turnover due to managers micromanaging. Managers don't care about their staff. You are absolutely never allowed to be sick. If you are sick, you're still forced to work, no matter your condition. If your uniform wasn't to spec, and ironed enough, they would make you go home and fix it and then come back for the end of your shift. Because of high turnover we were always pushed to pick up additional shifts and if we didn't then they would treat you badly and get on you for everything you do. Money was great most of the time. Management acted as if a serving job at Js was a career, and your life should revolve around it.
