Stressful
Associate Market Buyer (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXJuly 8, 2017
Stress filled job that did not truly educate you on how to best do your work. Sink or swim. Lots of people to answer to above you. Delivery is most important and did not feel I was good at that.
Pros
Free lunches sometimes
Cons
Confusion

The culture here is great. I dont really care for management. They are pretty stingy with raises and moving people from temp to perm. They have a lot of events though.
Pros

Cons
No one values the lunch break here.

JWT- A great ATL Agency
Brand Planner (Former Employee) –  Buckhead, GAMay 16, 2017
I loved my time working with JWT in Buckhead. The leadership did really well with helping their employees and the company move forward. Though the new leadership is focusing on building mostly masculine clientele, the work was good.
Pros
Central location
Cons
not stable as far as job security

Good people with a solid background. Interesting work from an editorial viewpoint, if a little repetitive. Don't expect any perks or an annual pay increase.

Continuous client satisfaction
Senior Consultant (Former Employee) –  Irving, TXMarch 6, 2017
JWT's marketing science group provided many quick turnaround projects requested by account management, but few long-term programs to help the client grow (or maintain) in the long run.

I'm afraid that, though account management supported clients closely, and produced continual satisfaction, they (account people) may have lacked the foresight and marketing skills to keep that client contract at renewal time.

Large agency works best with big projects
Creative Director, Senior Partner (Former Employee) –  New York, NYFebruary 24, 2017
A good place to work, especially if you are starting out. Importance on working on large projects as a team member with multi-platform components and managing multi-disciplinary aspects.
Agency is very responsive to client's needs. This is a very account driven agency.
Pros
A good way to learn the essentials.
Cons
A WPP Company, emphasis is on profits, not creative.

Program Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJanuary 23, 2017
Great place to work right in the heart of Buckhead. The office culture and people are incredible. Clients are very well known, but doesn't seem to be growing much which makes it tough for career advancements within the company. All in all great place to work.

J Walter Thompson was a great place to work. Great training, promoted leadership, creative ideas, customer service, consulting clients in ways to develop and elevate their brands. Management was very accessible and hands on in the process of executing a project. The culture was being creative, being 'heard" about new ideas and trying new ideas, producing great products with highly motivated people.

Don't let one person choose all the analytical programs
Senior Statistical Consultant (Former Employee) –  Irving, TXDecember 23, 2016
One of the keys to success is having a clear vision of what your company does and who it benefits. A surface-only understanding of these things will, eventually, end up in failure. Mistakes. Not judging people on the important qualities they offer, but instead somehow being intimidated by those with the best capabilities. Stranger things happen, but I haven't seen as many anywhere else.
Pros
Work not very hard
Cons
Work not very smart

There are other mid-size or large agencies to concentrate on in NYC

My advice is too look elsewhere if you would like to have any progression within your career, or you would like to be financially rewarded for your hard work.
