We're looking for a detail oriented, task oriented person who can work well on a team.

Job description includes such items as:

Light bookkeeping
Paying bills
Issuing invoices
Scheduling appointments
Communicating with clients
Making a daily plan of action items
Calling to get quotes on materials and services
Reviewing files to ensure checklists have been fulfilled
Assisting owner with scheduling appointments and "to-do" lists
Creating improvements in systems as opportunities become apparent
Entering data into software system
Etc.
