Pros: you get to work with a wide range of people., benefits are not bad., you learn what not to do in sales.
Cons: horrible hours., lack of compensation, they think they own you.
Management lacks leadership qualities. Compensation v/s hours worked and duties performed is out of balance. Morally and ethically challenged practices. You will have no time for what matters, family. Entry level salesmen do all the unproductive sidework and dont get equal chance to work towards making a sale. Management has no prioritization skills,
