J2 Solutions is a full service general contractor located in Venice Florida. Originally intended as a custom home builder in 2002, we soon realized certain market segments were not being serviced; particularly small to mid-size residential and commercial projects.
During the subsequent 'boom' years the demand for these smaller type projects only increased. – more... Combined with a sea of contractors who had little concern for 'customer service' or 'pride of doing a good job', the conditions were ripe for us to steer in a new direction.
In the summer of 2003, we formed the detached garage division (aka Florida Basement ®). Since then, we have built over one hundred garages stretching from Bradenton to Punta Gorda. And we are proud to have earned the title from our clients as the detached garage experts.
Although our garage division represents the majority of our marketing efforts, we still have two other key divisions within our organization; residential remodeling and interior commercial remodeling. In recent years, these divisions have grown rapidly as our reputation within the community increases.
The reason for our success is quite simple; we take the hassle out of construction, we follow the Golden Rule, and we continuously bring new services and knowledge to our clients. In this day and age, we understand how difficult it is for nice people to work with contractors.
