The Assistant Event Manager will have a working knowledge and experience in the execution of events and or meeting planning. This position involves managing logistics, operations and execution for LPGA Legends Tour events, including but not limited to hotel and travel, food and beverage, ordering supplies, shipping, interaction with vendors and clients. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential as well as being computer literate using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). This is a high energy, entry level, position requiring a willingness to learn, take initiatives and work with a small staff environment. Must be available to travel fairly extensively and work on a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. College degree required; golf knowledge a plus.
