Senior Living Administrator
We are looking for a confident, experienced health care professional to come on board as Administrator of our incredible Caleo Bay Alzheimer’s Special Care Center in La Quinta, CA.
Caleo Bay is a state of the art memory care facility dedicated to improving the quality of life for those suffering with memory loss as well as assisting their loved ones with education and support.
As an Administrator you will lead and direct the overall operation of the Facility in accordance with our Mission Standards Statement, Programming, Residents’ needs government regulations, and all other Facility policies and procedures. Successful candidates will have industry experience in either/both leadership or management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively with Residents, families, staff, community officials, referral sources and the general public
- Previous Industry experience in a leadership or management role a Must
- Must meet all State licensing requirements
- Previous experience in senior living a plus
