Pros: great team members
Cons: long hours
everyday is a challenge and a learning curve and the job is quite challengin to and the people are great too work with. the hardest part of the job is long hours but there is growth and a lot to learn daily
The most enjoyable part of my job are the people I work with and the multibillion dollar clients I manage. I enjoyed working with different partners accross the firm In different time zones and still being able to deliver my clients accounting reports by their due dates
A great learning experience for me for the time that I was there.
Executive Administrative Assistant (Former Employee), Newark, DE – January 31, 2012
Pros: the enviornment was very peaceful, and condusive to healthy living.
Cons: did not have the opportunity to continue longer
I really enjoyed working for JPMorgan Chase. It allowed me the opportunity to work with such great people, and also to be able to broaden my skills in other areas of the business. This particular job came through a referral from an agency. I was often asked to return to the JPMorgan Chase when other opportunities were available.
Associate (Current Employee), Houston, TX – July 14, 2011
Pros: lower level managers are some of the best
Cons: every other month there have been layoffs, upper management focused only on reducing costs
Layoffs almost every other month, even while posting profits. More focused on lowering headcount or moving jobs abroad than lowering costs thru effective Projects.
