LogMeIn shares jump in first day of trading
In its first day as a publicly traded company, LogMeIn Inc.’s shares climbed more than 26 percent from their opening-day price. The Woburn-based maker of software that lets users remotely control their computers sold 6.7 million shares at $16 in an offering backed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Barclays Capital.

Chase cardholders see payment hike as a raw deal
Monthly minimum payments will more than double in August. Some customers affected by the new policy believe the company is indulging in a little bait-and-switch. Van Nuys resident Richard Levinson figured he was getting a pretty sweet deal when JPMorgan Chase & Co. offered to charge an average 4.5% in interest if he'd transfer his outstanding credit card debt to the bank.
