Best job
Financial Service advisor (Former Employee), springfield mo – June 17, 2013
Provided credit card holders advice to help them receive the most benefits out of their financial accounts. It was an inbound call center. This job requires tremendous amounts of customer relation skills. Also sold products. Out of over 300 employees in this department, was on the top ten board in sales every month. Hit number 1 twice and two and three – more... several times. – less

My experience at Chase has been both rewarding and challanging.
Mortgage Originator (Former Employee), Oshkosh, WI – June 17, 2013
Pros: co-workers
Cons: underwriting process
A typical day at work for me is built around mortgage origionation. I work with the current book of customers and coach Personal Banks on profiling to uncover customers needs. Needs they either are aware of or needs they may never have considered.

I have learned how to work in tandem with all lines of business at the retail level. From Financial Advisors – more... to Business Bankers. We must work as a team to deliver the best customer experience as possible.

My co-workers are intregal part in delivering a great customer experience.

The hardest part of the job is anticipating the underwriters requests to arrive at at Clear To Close on the mortgage application.

The most enjoyable part of the job is exceeding the customers expectations. Along with working with my co-workers. – less

Specialist Mortgage Banking Borrower Assistance (Former Employee), Lewisville, TX – June 15, 2013
Pros: good pay, good benefits
Cons: upper management looks at bottom line only and does not ask supervisors or managers for input
I enjoyed working at Chase and learned a lot of new skills. Job changes everyday and you must stay on top of new procedures. Co workers were not supportive, best just to keep your head down and not talk.

Engage and service Chase Card customers during calls by answering customer inquiries, resolving complex problems with the highest level of customer satisfaction and offering services and products that enable our customers to reach their financial goals.
Every call I would learn new things about my customers and how to respond with my voice commands.
Our – more... managers had high standard, but the rewards/bonus were awesome and co-workers very competive wanted that bonus

Teller (Current Employee), Chicago, IL – June 14, 2013
Pros: healthcare
Cons: differnet schedule every week
There is no typical day...everyday is different. I learned that every customer has very different needs and expectations. My co-workers are excellent team players. We all help each other out. The most difficult part of my job is not having a set schedule. The most enjoyable part of my job is having a customer leave with a smile on his face.

An amazing high school internship opportunity
Fund Accounting Intern (Former Employee), Dallas, TX – June 14, 2013
Having a summer internship at the JPMorgan International Plaza was definitely one of the highlights of my high school career. My team at the office was so welcoming and were always available for instruction, advice, or just regular conversation. They guided me through all my tasks and procedures so that without much time at all, I could work through – more... them as efficiently as any of the other employees. I also enjoyed being a part of a group of around 20 interns from all over north Texas, as well as working and networking with them. – less
