Had a pleasant experience working at JP Morgan with lots of nice colleagues in a challenging position.

Provided credit card holders advice to help them receive the most benefits out of their financial accounts. It was an inbound call center. This job requires tremendous amounts of customer relation skills. Also sold products. Out of over 300 employees in this department, was on the top ten board in sales every month. Worked as a check sorter operator. The place closed down eventually b/c paperless checking became a thing.

A typical day at work for me is built around mortgage origionation. I work with the current book of customers and coach Personal Banks on profiling to uncover customers needs. Needs they either are aware of or needs they may never have considered.

The hardest part of the job is anticipating the underwriters requests to arrive at at Clear To Close on the mortgage application.

The job is stressfull yet rewarding at times. More needs to be done to create work.life balance

typical work day involved receiving inbound calls from existing home equity customers, assisting with payments, general inquiries along with product solicitation. I had a great team manager and was very encouraging each day to deliver great team customer service.

I enjoyed working at Chase and learned a lot of new skills. Job changes everyday and you must stay on top of new procedures. Co workers were not supportive, best just to keep your head down and not talk.

There is no typical day...everyday is different. I learned that every customer has very different needs and expectations. My co-workers are excellent team players. We all help each other out. The most difficult part of my job is not having a set schedule. The most enjoyable part of my job is having a customer leave with a smile on his face.

Having a summer internship at the JPMorgan International Plaza was definitely one of the highlights of my high school career. My team at the office was so welcoming and were always available for instruction, advice, or just regular conversation. They gave me the opportunity to advance. i did data entry. management was ok. I realy enjoyed working with the co- workers. the hardest part of the job was being let go.

I have had a few roles within the company. JP Morgan is good about keeping their talent by moving them around to different groups. It has enabled me to learn about different functions in the bank.

A decent company to work for. Very difficult to move forward and progress in a career. Good managers but easy to get lost in the "weeds".

like working for them going through files to prep them load files in to the IMBL machine to be imaged.
