Relationship Banker (Former Employee) – Armonk, NY – August 21, 2017
Not a great place to work: understaffed unable to take lunch vacation vetoes due to under staffing- all to save money at the employees expense. OK benefits but huge deductible. Manager only cares about personal advancement. Moving up very difficult so many layers of people and paper. Employees rat on each other since they are jealous. Not able to take lunch and never get 2 days off in a row. work almost every Saturday
bad hours, hard to move up, can't get vacation when you want, work all major holidays and Saturday
Secure and mildly enjoyable, but bad eggs can easily ruin your experience

While going through training within the company, I had the opportunity to meet several managers throughout my area that were pleasant and fun to work with. However, I eventually was placed under management that I was unfamiliar with, and began to experience an uncomfortable and overwhelming work environment with a zero-tolerance for even negligible mistakes.
benefits, advancement, good pay
stressful, sedentary work environment, overwhelming

Work demands vary widely depending on the team that you are on. Some are under high-pressure demands, others can coast. Coworkers can be assumed to be competent or better. Most are pleasant to work with.
professional coworkers, good benefits, vacation schedule
weekend and night work expected with some teams, hard to get recognition
