Looking for a part time, personal/administrative assistant to help 2 full time Real Estate Investors / Business Owners:

Daily Job duties include but aren't limited to:
Bookkeeping/Accounting/Quick Books
Answering Phones/Emails
Following up with clients & vendors
Handling new files and working with real estate attorneys
Scheduling appointments
Following up with contractors
Marketing: I.E. managing direct mail campaigns, managing and handling leads, telemarketing, networking.
Paying bills
Filing Paperwork
Organizing
Property Management
Personal tasks: I.E. Dry cleaning & running errands

Looking for someone who has great organization skills, great follow up skills, great work ethic, & very friendly. Our office runs more than one business, but primarily is a real estate investment company that flips houses and owns/manages rental properties. Tasks need to be completed efficiently and on time and vary from day to day (as our office is very busy). We have a small work environment and are looking for someone that is a good fit with the team.

Must have a reliable car, flexible work schedule, great computer skills & Microsoft Office experience; including Excel.

If you have your real estate license that is a huge plus!

Requirements: Background check, drug screening & personal/prior job references
