I would try everything to make Jackson workers work in harmony, and more Insurance, increase wages and create Stronger health insurance, were 100% covered each, would allow the Lunch time to be more extensive eg 1 hours and halft. In order to do many things that would benefit our workers more. It would give people the Opportunity to work with the ability to work out their qualicications from their jobs, and they would be producing and obtain experiences at the same time.

Lead by example. Set expectations from the start. Encourage collaboration across departments and individuals. Find and communicate connections to how everyone at the organization impacts patient care, from finance to environmental services. Encourage compassion, helpfulness, and going that extra mile to achieve overall organizational goals.
