well it one thing about working at jackson health system u going to see alot of people every day u going to run into all type of people some happy some sad some down just some of every thing i learn by working at jackson u got to have a good attiude be a poeple person cause poeple will try to get to you but u always remeber the poeple pay you and the – more...  management is ok its not the best it could be better some time u feel as if management let u down cause u can go to them with a problem they over look it or down play it as for the co worker u know working around that many co worker every body have differnt attiude so u have to adjust some time to there way and the hardest part of the job is making sure u do your job right and be on time to the place where u got to be and the thing i most enjoy about the job it keep u working time go by fast that how much u work – less

As employees we understand that our job has been hit with a hard financial loss, but we are struggling through the hardship of their loss. Our families are struggling, however we are making this stand with our work place and they just don't seem to care.

The organization is transforming into a very difference financial and service model, but the transition has taken a heavy toll on the employees.
