Confusion in sales direction is the overwhelming issue that then is complicated by the focus of analytics and losing the goal of sales within a relationship based environment market. More work is put into the numbers side without the basic understanding that sales in relationship based. A rotating staff is certainly a major issue with Jaeckle but the ability to find management people who are leaders is the significant fault that creates a difficult workplace to be successful in. When they do find those leaders they are often replaced to conform with the existing level of management.
