This is a North Slope of Alaska based position, long term rotational basis of three weeks on shift and three weeks off shift. Transportation shall be provided to and from Anchorage Alaska to the job site and back.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification for the type of work outlined (if applicable).
Included but not limited to having or obtaining North Slope Training Cooperative (NSCT certification) and a valid driver’s license.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience performing work to support the maintenance and construction activities at Oil and Gas facilities preferably on the North Slope of Alaska.
Certification and proof of work experience may be requested.
Responsibilities for this position shall include but not be limited to; Pad/Road/Airport Maintenance, raw water hauling, maintain pump stations, potable water hauling, sewage hauling, hot oil & vacuum truck operations, grocery hauling, fleet maintenance, crane operations and other duties as required.
Assist other disciplines and vendors where the work scope overlaps (flexible work practice).
Attend regular Safety meetings, and demonstrate safety awareness in the performance of normal work functions.
Observe COMPANY safety rules and regulations, including the Permit to Work system, and comply with same.
Maintain good housekeeping conditions in the electrical workshop, job sites, and other facilities.
Responsible for economical use of materials and equipment, high volume/high quality work, and the proper care and protection of tools and equipment.
Undertake all training activities as deemed necessary by COMPANY.
