Jahbly is looking for an experienced Vice President of IT, Cloud Development to play a leadership role on their team and building out the future vision @ Jahbly. Vice President of IT, Cloud Development will play a leadership role in defining and executing cloud computing strategy. The successful candidate will need to be both a get-it-done leader as well as a strategic thinker able to turn ideas into action. Responsibilities will include helping the organization to scale its business, exploit fast moving industry trends and deliver innovation to their customers. This position will report directly to the CIO and will be expected to play a senior leadership role within IT and across the enterprise.
The primary responsibility of the Vice President of IT, Cloud Development is to oversee the streamlined operation of the IT and SaaS groups and to ensure alignment with organizational business objectives. This individual's principal goals are to develop and manage IT cloud infrastructure and keep service level agreements for the user community within the organization.
The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, direct, and design all operational activities of the IT department, as well as provide direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. He/she will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.

*Formulate and deploy short-term and long-term strategic plans for acquiring and enabling efficient and cost-effective information processing and communication technologies
Manage IT department operational and strategic planning, including business requirements, negotiating pricing with vendors, project planning, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources
*Where necessary, recommend re-engineering of applications to ensure it aligns with business processes, tactical planning, and strategic vision
*Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives including telecommunications
*Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision
*Oversee negotiation and administration of vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts, and service agreements
*Direct research on potential technology solutions and implementations in support of new initiatives, opportunities, and procurement efforts
*Develop bid requirements for all hardware and software upgrades, reviews submitted bids for compliance with stated requirements, and make the appropriate award along with management approval
*Define and communicate project milestones, service level agreements, and resource allocation to executive team, department leads, support staff, and end users
*Develop and review budgets for and from IT department divisions and ensure compliance with stated goals, guidelines, and upper management objectives
*Review performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements
*Play leadership role in developing Cloud computing strategy, business case, and action plan

The ideal candidate should possess a strong customer and employee satisfaction record, 10-15 years of experience in cross-group, cross-functional sales, marketing and/or service management.
BS degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. MS degree a plus
At least five to seven years IT leadership experience
Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to assume responsibility for specific project deliverables with limited supervision.
Deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently as well as in a team environment.
