A typical day is usually smooth. Helping customers, cleaning store, and closing shop. Ive learned how to be great with other people. Im more open then what i used to be. My co-workers are great love to have them around get along with all of them.

As far as "barista" type jobs go, working for Jamba is among the top contenders, for best place to work. There is a ceiling however; keep that in mind. But the environment is generally friendly, and upbeat. Great way to keep some pocket money while attending college.

I would come into work and make sure things were clean. Then I would make smoothies. I learned about making smoothies and gained more experience dealing with people. The co-workers were great. The hardest part of the job was when the lines were very long. The most enjoyable part of the job was getting delicious smoothies.

At Jamba, I would greet every customer, let he or she know about the lastest product, then continue to take their order and make it properly. We were mostly very busy during the summer time, lines out the door. Everyone that was work that shift would greet every customer that came through the door. Jamba is a fun and energetic place to work and I love how fast paced it is.

I love working at Jamba Juice, I love my team!!My boss is the greatest but Jamba Juice as a whole isnt really employee oriented it is way too corporate. They do not give routinely raises which makes it hard for employees to want to stay.

-Prepared beverages in a busy setting with often very specific and health conscious customers.
-Provided a quality product in a positive environment, within a timely fashion.
-Participated in team collaboration, including a systematic approach to our production.
-Aided the process through maintenance of motivation and an organized management plan

Standards for guest service was set high and was always maintained

Jamba Juice is professional. Managment is at very best, rarely any complaints from customes and always delivering the best to make customers feel like the number one priority. It's a very fun, very easy learning environment and i would recomment this job to anyone considering to learn from a fast-paced environment.

I was extremely enthusiastic at the prospect of working for Jamba Juice, but found the company at what seems to be a challenging period of growth. The people are good, but the processes need a lot of work and the lack of support can be tough to deal with, especially coming from companies like Target and Starbucks, both of which have stronger, more effective – more...  best practices. Compensation isn't on a par with similar employers and the bonus program is unrealistic and ineffective.

This is a company that has its heart in the right place but a long way to go before I would place it in the same category as other large brands I have worked for. – less

Overall, I liked working at Jamba Juice with the exception of the fruit flies that would hover above the orange juice machine. Once I approached my manager about that, he handled the problem.

Great environment, great customer service and always clean.

Was a great time there the people and customer base was great. But Jamba Juice was in the process of experiencing Financial problems which lead to several of there New York stores closing. But I had a death in the Family and had to relocate to Florida for about a month
