This is a fun job for someone working only part-time or who is in high school still. Teaches basic skills needed to work in the retail/food industry. Fun customers and job.

Productive and fun workplace
Crew Member (Current Employee) –  Bakersfield, CAJune 25, 2017
Typical day is usually fast paced and when slow or steady I focus more on stocking and cleaning and making sure everything is organized. I have learned to be very good at multitasking and making sure the customers leave happy and satisfied.
Pros
50% off all items
Cons

Fast paced and fun team
Team Worker (Current Employee) –  Los Angeles, CAJune 23, 2017
A typical day at work includes a lot of rushes with a lot of support from team members. It took a while to get all of the smoothie recipes down, but once you have them, the job is very enjoyable.

Summer Job
Team Member (Former Employee) –  Arlington, TXJune 22, 2017
It is a good job for the summer to earn extra cash but no where near a place where you'd see yourself working at for long term. Management was alright but lacked overall efficiency. A normal day would consist of first washing hands for customer safety, cutting up fresh fruit for bowls, refilling juices, refilling ice bucket, fulfilling orders, washing dishes, supplying and cleaning work space. I enjoyed customer interaction during the job and watching their face lighten up when they took a gulp of their hand-crafted drink.
Pros
OK income, Customer Interaction
Cons
None/Short Breaks, Poor Management

A Day at Jamba
Team Member (Current Employee) –  Modesto, CAJune 20, 2017
A typical day at Jamba Juice varies. It can go from stressful to detail cleaning at any given moment. It really depends on the weather. However, I love working here. You learn how to up-sell, great customer service, and you also learn to find something to do when it feels like there's nothing to do.
The hardest part of the job is to keep everything consistent. You have to be on top of your game here when you are moving from one station to the other.
However, the best part of the job are the workers. My co-workers are so incredible. My whole team is. Everyone works together and makes sure that everyone else is okay.

Fun and Friendly Environment
Team Member (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZJune 20, 2017
It's a good work environment but hours are really bad. This is a good job for someone that's in High School and is trying to make extra money. But if you're in college, this isn't a good job because they're a lot of people working at one location which will make the managers give you very little hours bi-weekly.
Cons
No benefits for Part-Time

Productive Workplace; A Good First Job
Team Lead (Former Employee) –  Austin, TXJune 16, 2017
This job taught me the importance of having a solid foundation for teamwork. What I appreciated about the job is that I was able to enjoy learning how to work with others, which was absolutely necessary to complete most tasks in the store. I learned the value of assertiveness when I became a Shift-Manager, and how to organize the team to operate efficiently, and that teamwork and respect for each other trumped efficiency most of the time. Furthermore, this job instilled in me the idea that there is always work to do, beyond the tasks that are strictly necessary.

Rough with working with high schoolers
Shift Lead (Current Employee) –  Yuba City, CAJune 16, 2017
Dealing with high schoolers brings in gossip and drama but what else would you expect. It is a simple fun job just rough working with a bunch of children and trying to keep them from getting distractd and making them actually work.

Good for teens out of high school.
Team Member/Lead (Current Employee) –  Bakersfield, CAJune 15, 2017
This job isn't for people mid-twenties or older unless you're a lead or GM. It's more for kids out of high school trying to get money while in college.
Pros
fun environment, works around any schedule for you
Cons
