Jammin' Butter, LLC has an opening for Customer Service Representative to provide front end customer support for our growing company.

We currently operate 5 internet retail websites that specialize in daily deal offerings for a variety of consumer products. We carry hundreds of products lines in-house and ship various methods from our Johnson City location. Learn more about us at

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Screening / servicing customer requests via phone, fax, email, ticket system and providing general support
  • Screening all phone calls
  • Servicing returns/RMAS and shipping replacement units
  • Data entry
  • Manage eTicket System
  • Shipping, if necessary
  • Assisting in all areas of managing the web properties when needed
  • General office tasks, such as cleaning desk areas, breakrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, running errands for supplies, lunch, etc.
  • Help in the warehouse, if needed
  • Help inventorying items, if needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Extremely organized
  • Personable / Always have a positive attitude
  • Need to already know how to use email, internet, basic web searching, etc.

The right candidate will possess the requirements, plus have these preferred qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience in typical software applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

Notes: We’re not looking for someone who has every last qualification, but if you have the ability to learn quickly, then you might be the perfect fit for our small company.

We are a non-smoking company. This is a full-time / part-time position. No telecommuting. Office hours are 9:30am – 5:30pm. Starting pay is $8.50 per hour.
