The most enjoyable part of my job is the people I work with. A typical day at my office is filled with a multitute of projects and assignments. I manage 3 office locations and have to be going back and forth to each facility. There are building projects, equipment replacement and maintenance that must be done at each location.

A typical work day for me would consist of a lot of cleaning. I learned how to use a buffer. They management team was small and very helpful. My co-workers and I worked very well together. We always had to work as a team to get each office cleaned according to the companies standards. The job wasn't hard at all. Unload supplies and enter building empty of employess. You get validation for doing quality work. Professionalism form management. Good work enviroment with co workers, worked as a team. Hardest part of Job is fighting traffic going home. Most enjoyable part is being proud of the work i do.

The best advantage at Jani King is the flexible time. Followed by the training provide at the corporate office. The other key advantage is the interaction between you and your client

Cons

Not have full ownership of the accounts. Corporate office can remove an account if they want to do so. And usually the best new accounts go to – more...  the franchise tha have more years of experience and more employees.

I would like to advice the leadership of each regional office to give more opportunities of growth to the new franchise . – less

A typical day at work would consist of cleaning the bathrooms, classrooms and emptying trash. While working there I learned how to properly operate specific pieces of cleaning equipment and also how daily operations function. Not a good company to work for... Continuous change in management and salary and hours... Whilst cleaning the restaurant however the wagamama staff were friendly and approachable.

When I first started for Jani King I enjoyed the flexible hours and the clients that I worked for. But, then the owner started cutting my hours and not paying me what he said he would.

A honest company with good work ethics.
They clean and service restrooms,sweep, vacuum, and mop floors and stairways.
Gather and dispose trash and recyclable materials.Cleaned windows, dust and polish furniture.Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, mirrors, and fixtures

I really enjoyed this job because it gave me a sense of being a part of something that was rewarding.
