Pros: it's a job when you can't find one
Cons: unrelenting pace, what is mandated by government is given as breaks
this is the former u.s. playing card out of norwood.
unless they left old management in norwood, my opinion is to run away.
in my opinion, it's a sweat shop where they expect employees to be robots -- there is no compassion for robots. i experienced
no positive reinforcement, threats by management, tension between employees and supervisors, no team – more... spirit, back biting, constant monitoring to perfection, a feeling that employees are bad people out to do a bad job. I felt like a necessary evil, not a resource... and I felt that the only thing management was missing was a whip and I felt they would've used one if it was allowed by law.
it was just a very bad experience where i dreaded going to work each day.
management is probably treated badly by upper management(JARDEN) -- it always stinks from the head, doesn't it?
WOULD LOVE TO SEE this group on the show UNDERCOVER BOSS. – less
